Hoisting machinery management system
In order to strengthen the management of the hoisting machinery and ensure the normal operation and safe production of the hoisting machinery, this system is specially formulated.
1. This management system is applicable to bridge hoist, portal hoist, loading and unloading bridge (tower) hoist, portal hoist, car hoist, tire hoist, crawler hoist, cargo lift, hoist, electric hoist, etc. Not suitable for railway hoists, mine hoisting equipment, manned lifting equipment, etc.
2. According to the type, quantity and complexity of the hoisting machinery, the enterprise shall set up full-time or part-time engineering and technical personnel in the equipment power management department to be responsible for the management of the hoisting machinery.
3. The user shall establish necessary rules and regulations for the maintenance, maintenance, periodic inspection, operation, safety regulations, and handover system of the hoisting machinery.
4. The hoisting machinery must be registered one by one and the equipment files must be established. The contents of the archives shall include original technical data such as product qualification certificates, quality certificates, drawings, as well as operation records, previous technical inspection reports, overhauls, changes to the original design performance and major accident records.
5. Various hoisting machines of different specifications must be equipped with corresponding safety protection devices in accordance with the provisions of GB6067-85 "Safety Regulations for Hoisting Machines", and tower hoists must be equipped with sufficient counterweights. The selection, use and scrapping of various wire ropes must also meet the requirements of the regulations.
6. The working place of the hoisting machinery should have sufficient lighting and lifting passages, and should maintain a prescribed safety distance from nearby equipment, buildings and electrical lines.
7. The hoisting machinery implements a special responsibility system, and each hoisting machine must be managed by a special person.
8. The operator must achieve "four understandings and three associations" for the used hoisting machinery (understand performance, structure, principle, purpose, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting). And carry out special training, after the full department examination to obtain a certificate before operation.
9. When newly purchasing hoisting machinery, you must purchase products produced by professional manufacturers that have obtained manufacturing licenses, and complete safety protection devices. And have a complete certificate of conformity.
10. When using the unit to make major modification to the hoisting machinery or change the original design performance, it is necessary to come up with the transformation plan, design drawings, calculation books and quality assurance measures in accordance with the "Hoisting Machine Design Code". The engineer approves and reports to the local labor department for the record.
11. The user shall regularly conduct technical inspections and inspections of the hoisting machinery. The period and content of the inspection and inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6067085 "Safety Regulations for Hoisting Machinery".
12. Newly installed, overhauled or changed the original design performance of the hoisting machinery, before use must be static load test and dynamic load test and other technical inspections, equipment power management department, safety department and user department jointly identified and accepted, and passed It can only be used after approval by the supervisor or chief engineer.
