According to the form of post-treatment, galvanized sheet is divided into passivation, oiling, passivation oiling, lacquer sealing, phosphating or non-treatment.
(1) Passivated galvanized sheet. The passivation galvanized sheet is to reduce white rust in wet conditions. The surface of the product after galvanizing is further coated with a passivation protective film. According to the passivation film, the types are divided into hexavalent chromium passivation, third-order chromium passivation, and chromium-free passivation. They are generally not used for zinc-iron alloy plates.
What are the surface treatment methods of galvanized sheet?
(2) Oil-coated galvanized sheet. The purpose of oiling is also to prevent the product from being wet and causing white rust. However, because rust preventive oil is extremely volatile or can be wiped off, it can only be used before use. Oiling methods include electrostatic oiling and roller oiling. If you want to prevent white rust in the product, use passivation and oiling. The color-coated substrate is more suitable for light oil coating, and the applied oil can be cleaned and removed in the pre-treatment of the color coating line.
(3) Painted galvanized sheet. The lacquer seal is commonly known as fingerprint resistant products. In order to prevent the fingerprints of the galvanized products from being left in the processing process, the surface of the galvanized products is coated with a very thin fingerprint resistant film, which can also improve the product's corrosion resistance and Product coating performance. Suitable for the special needs of home appliances.
(4) Phosphate galvanized sheet.
