This synchronization position is very important. If it is not synchronized, you can remove the timing belt, turn the timing belt pulley and the pulley to adjust to the standard position, and then replace the timing belt.
When the needle rises 2.5mm3mm from the bottom dead point, the hook tip should be at the center of the needle and 1.5mm above the needle hole. Adjust by adjusting the position of the hook and the up and down position of the needle clamp. When the needle enters the feeding tooth hole, the needle should be in the center of the feeding tooth hole. We should carefully check whether there are any scratches in the feed tooth hole and the needle board thread passing area, and ensure that the needle board thread passing gap and the shuttle inner core stopper maintain a 0.5mm 0.8mm gap. If the gap between the needle board threading gap and the shuttle core stop is too small, the thread will not pass smoothly, and the too large needle board will not hold the shuttle core.
When the double-needle machine is sewing thick materials, the needle will generate heat, and when it is relatively serious, it will emit smoke or burn off the suture. At this time, we can use silicone oil to cool the needle or reduce the sewing speed appropriately. In actual maintenance work, the operator should make corresponding adjustments to the relevant mechanism of the double needle machine according to different fabric and process requirements.
