(I) Strengthening the work of "security protection" and rectifying the state of machinery
There are many parts of the card, and they are mainly concentrated on the drawing and twisting and winding mechanism. If one part is abnormal, it will affect the spinning, strength or tension of the spun yarn, increasing the chance of end break. For example, hanging the aprons, deflecting back, and the aprons are broken: the collector is not flexible, the skin drops inwardly, the awl (the core is not concentric with the steel ring); the guide hook is loose or the eyelet is not aligned with the center of the key; Yarn hooks are not only sold, they have worn tips, the program floats, the track is rough, the ring plate and the guide hook lifting column (commonly known as "big and small sheep's feet") and the bearings are worn too much, or there are flying jams between them, causing the lifting to be unstable or Stupefaction: Skew spacers, improper position of cleaners, loosening of frayed belts, etc. can cause repeated head breaks. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the regular maintenance and maintenance of the machine, strictly implement the cycle of overhaul, key correction, car removal, and preventive maintenance, and continuously improve the quality of the machine's flat repair, especially the twisted rolls that affect the breakage more significantly. The quality of flat repair around components is the basic work to reduce broken cars, reduce repeated head breaks, and reduce the head break rate. At the same time, combining regular maintenance and maintenance work with assault key maintenance work, and carrying out mass maintenance of some items, this can more quickly eliminate minor problems on the machine and reduce head breaks.
