However, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening in autumn and the dry climate, you must pay attention to the four defenses in order to receive good fitness results:
First, prevent sports strain
Because people's muscles and ligaments will cause blood vessel constriction reflexively under lower temperature, the viscosity will increase, the degree of extension will decrease, the range of joint movement will decrease, and the nervous system's ability to direct muscles will decline. Fully prepared activities can cause joint ligament strain, muscle strain and so on. Second, prevent colds
The temperature is low in autumn and early morning, so you ca n’t wear single clothes to go outdoors. You should increase or decrease your clothes according to the outdoor temperature change. It is not advisable to take off too much during exercise. You should take off too much clothes after your body becomes hot. Do n’t wear sweaty clothes in cold wind after exercise to prevent your body from getting cold.
Third, prevent excessive exercise
Autumn is a good season for exercise, but at this time, because the human yin and yang are in the stage of convergence and internal cultivation, exercise should also follow this principle, that is, the amount of exercise should not be too large to prevent excessive sweating and yang loss. Exercise should choose the item that is easy and gentle, with little activity.
Fourth, prevent Qiuzao
Autumn is dry and the temperature is low. It is the season when the liver qi is strong and the liver qi is weak. It is easy to cause symptoms such as dry throat, less tongue, dry lips, nosebleeds, and constipation. For athletes, they should eat more foods such as pear, sesame, honey, Tremella, etc. after each exercise.
You should also add more water after exercise. Eat sugary cane, pear, apple, milk, sesame, fresh vegetables and other soft foods to maintain normal secretion of the upper respiratory tract mucosa and prevent sore throat. If you sweat too much during exercise, you can add a small amount of salt in boiling water to maintain the acid-base balance in your body and prevent muscle spasm. When supplementing, take a small amount, multiple times, and drink slowly as a guideline. In addition, if you are doing long-distance running exercise, you should also drink an appropriate amount of boiling water to prevent hypoglycemia, dizziness, sweating, and weak limbs.
