1. Grass-roots treatment: First remove the ash, dross and other debris on the surface of the decoration with a knife. If there is oil on the surface, wash it with detergent and water. After drying, clean the surface with a brown brush. After the surface is cleaned, adjust the SG821 putty to a suitable consistency with a dilution of water and vinyl acetate latex (combination ratio of 10: 1), and use it to fill the wall hemp, honeycomb, holes, and incomplete places. After the putty dries completely, use an open knife to shovel the excess putty, and then sand it with grit paper;
2. Middle-layer coating construction: Before using, the coating should be fully stirred with a portable electric stirring gun. If the consistency is large, it can be appropriately diluted with water. Then pour the paint into the tray and paint it with the paint roller for the first time. The roller should be painted horizontally, and then rolled longitudinally to drive the coating away and evenly. Roller coating sequence is generally from top to bottom, from left to right, far away first, then close first, corners and corners, small faces and then large faces. Requires uniform thickness to prevent excessive paint flow. The roller can not be applied to the shaded corners, so it must be replenished with a brush. Always remove the roller hairs on the wall. Avoid overlapping brush traces, and paint stained on other parts should be cleaned with water in time. After the first pass of middle-layer coating construction, it usually needs to be dried for more than 4H before the next polishing process. Then, use fine sandpaper for sanding. The sanding force should be light and even, and the coating must not be worn through.
3. Surface spraying: Due to the different base material, tooth period, alkalinity, and dryness, test spraying should be performed on the partial wall in advance to determine the compatibility between the base and the coating, and at the same time determine the appropriate coating amount; Before using the latex paint, fully shake the container to make it fully mixed, then open the container and stir it with a wooden stick; when spraying, the nozzle of the water-based paint spray gun should always be perpendicular to the decorative surface (especially at the corner) The distance is about 0.3-0.5M (adjusted according to the size of the decoration surface), the nozzle pressure is 0.2-0.3MM2, the spray gun advances in a zigzag shape, and crosses vertically and horizontally.
