Screen printing machine is a machine that prints text and images. It often shows various machine faults during operation. Here are some common problems and solutions.
The first kind of screen printing machine fault phenomenon: semi-automatic operation without stepping on the foot switch immediately. This kind of fault is caused by a foot switch that is damaged or a short circuit caused by water in the foot switch socket. The other is a problem with the manual start button switch. Solution: Replace with new switch, socket, push button switch or dismantle damaged parts related to maintenance.
The second kind of screen printing machine fault phenomenon: during semi-automatic operation, step on the foot switch to slide down, and then rise again. This phenomenon is usually that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is damaged or disconnected. Solution: Change the wiring of the proximity switch or on switch. The third kind of screen printing machine fault phenomenon: when semi-automatic operation, press the foot switch to lower the vertical slide seat, the printing seat does not move after moving to the left. The cause of this problem is that the proximity switch on the left side of the sliding seat is not sensed or has a problem. There is also a micro switch inside the foot switch that does not move, which will cause this problem.
Solution: Adjust the sensing point of the left proximity switch or change the proximity switch, and adjust, repair or replace the new micro switch in the foot switch. The fourth kind of screen printing machine fault phenomenon: during semi-automatic operation, when the foot switch is depressed, the slide base moves to the left and then rises but not to the right. The onset of this phenomenon in the screen printing machine is that the proximity switch on the upper left of the vertical slide is not sensed or the proximity switch has a problem. Solution: Adjust the proximity sensor or the proximity switch.
