1. The design of the printed pattern should choose few color and monochrome elements, and try to avoid the solid and full printed pattern.
2. When using printing inks, do not use surface printing inks with strong odor. Do not use high-boiling solvents containing impurities, such as tar benzene, mixed benzene, and recycled solvents; do not use single-component PS compound adhesives with high odor.
3. The inner film material used in the compound should be checked for odor. Do not use PE film with filler as the inner layer of the compound.
4. Make every effort to increase the printing speed, reduce the viscosity of the printing ink as much as possible, reduce the amount of ink, keep the ventilation of the drying box and the plant, and reduce the ink and ink solvent residues to a low level.
