1. Manganese plateform with its panel formed by the CNC cutting machine. The notch is smooth with no heat deformation.
2. All parts are shot blasting treatment to eliminate welding stress and increase surface strength, improving the painting
adhesion.
3. Towers work 360°along the platform track; cylinder works vertically without any components forces.
4. Hydraulic system with good design is powerful and gives it a long useful life and low failture rate.
5. Portable measuring system is easier for workers,3D mechanical measuring system optional.
6. More humanized design of equal-rise and equal-fall structure makes it easy to adjust the height of the platform.
7. High quality chain (T8) and forged sheet metal tools (45#) are easy and convenient to operate with long service life.
8. Loaded parts like tower guiding ring and main clamp support, etc. adopt inblock cast to increase deformation resistance.

Mininum height is 350mm, double sides for lifting and lowering, is more convenient for the cars drive on and off the platform.
