1.Product Introduction
The coating system consists of amine-terminated polyether resin, amine chain extender and MDI prepolymer, functional filler is added, and the product belongs to spraying, self-cured and thick coated polyurea. It is used together with ground coat paint and facing coating to form a firm, tough and decorative ground protection system.

3. Product Feature and Application
Spray Hybrid and Pure Polyurea Features:
(1)Fast curing on any surfaces, slopes and vertical planes without sagging;
(2)Excellent bonding functions with all materials, including cements, steel plates and wood plates;
(3)Excellent sealing quality, water resistance and penetration resistance;
(4)Resistance to long-term acid, alkali and salt erosion;
(5)Good thermal stability: it can be used below 100° C for a long time;
(6)Good flexibility and mechanical properties, even in -40° C
(7)Excellent tensile strength and elongation;
(8)Excellent cracks deformation resistance;
(9)Wear resistance and impact resistance.
Spray Hybrid and Pure Polyurea Application:
It is widely applied to rubber liner pipelines, mining equipment, truck lining, washing rotary drums and cement mortar process equipment.

The spray polyurea can be in different colors(based on RAL K7 CLASSIC) and it can be applied on all the existing surfaces, like concrete, metal and wood, etc.
Also, it can be sprayed with different colors for special application.
5. Deliver, Shipping And Serving of the Polyurea Waterproof Coatings
Delivery Time: 5 days upon receipt of payment.
When we will ship the polyurea products to you, component A and B of polyurea are sealed in 220kg and 200kg drums, respectively.
