When exposed to sunlight, it will decompose to produce hydrogen chloride, and further automatically catalyze the decomposition, causing discoloration, and the physical and mechanical properties also rapidly decline. In actual applications, stabilizers must be added to improve the stability to heat and light.

PVC rigid board is usually made by superimposing and heating the rolled PVC sheet. The pressing of PVC rigid board is divided into 3 heating stages, 1 adjustment stage and 1 cooling stage.
