20Cr precision steel pipe, 20Cr is pearlite, can be welded, 20Cr steel has better weldability, and generally does not need heat treatment after welding.
Chemical composition (%): Silicon: 0.17～0.37
Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥835 Yield strength σs (MPa): ≥540 Elongation δ5 (%): ≥10 Section shrinkage ψ (%): ≥40, impact absorption work Ak (J) ≥47 hardness : Annealed or high-temperature tempering supply state hardness ≤156HB, sample size: sample size 15mm.
Welding performance:
20Cr parts with a thickness greater than 15mm need to be preheated to 100～150℃ before welding. If the requirements are not high, preheating before welding is not required, or tempering heat treatment after welding.
