BLQ type curve push bottle machine

 In the production of glass products, this machine cooperates with the horizontal conveyor to deliver the glass products produced by the bottle making machine to the annealing furnace in a timely, accurate and stable manner. The machine adopts double-arm curve form, which is especially suitable for the use of coal, gas and oil-fired annealing furnaces. There are two types of bottle pusher speed and action control; one is to use a stepless speed changer to adjust the push bottle speed, and the pneumatic signal to control the pneumatic clutch to make the bottle pusher move; the other uses the frequency converter to adjust the speed and the timing of the PLC. The counting function controls the action of the bottle pushing machine.
