Spring rolls

 Spring rolls, also known as spring cakes, spring plates, and pancakes. It is a traditional food in Chinese folk festivals, popular in all parts of China, especially in Jiangnan and other places. In southern China, dumplings are not eaten during the Spring Festival, but spring rolls and sesame dumplings are eaten.
