Brine shrimps have many advantages. For example, they can lay a mass of eggs which are easy to gather and can reserve for several years. The hatching time is so short, just one day, so they are easy to cultivate. The brine shrimp eggs are live and will not sink, thus they will not pollute water. For another instance, the eggs from brine shrimps have abundant protein and fatty acid, hence they are good fodder for fish and shrimps.

4. Hatching Notes
Usually, brine shrimp eggs should be in cold preservation, before you hatching them, you should put them in normal temperature and dry condition for a week, otherwise the hatching rate will not be high. If you just need hatch a few of artemia cysts, you just need to prepare brackish water, but if you want to hatch them on a large scale, you should use light sea water.Before you use taper tubes, you should sterilize them before you put artemia cysts. The water temperature should keep from 20-30 degree centigrade.
