The sunshade net is made of high density polyethylene kit fabric. Additional brackets around the net are considered in the sewing process.
We use stainless steel "D" or triangular stainless steel rings in every corner. Our awnings are made of high ratios.Hot-stamped fabrics are stitched together with two rows of locking stitches. This fabric is a high density polyethylene knitted fabric.
It is very durable and can be used in direct sunlight for several years. The product uses ultra-wide fabrics, therefore seamless, with gentle bending along the edges, allowing for appropriate tension distribution.
It is suitable for deck, garden, patio, backyard, entryway ,pool ,and children player area permanent or temporary use!The perimeter of each sail is designed with a gentle cantenary curve inwards towards the center of the sail to control the fabric tension.Shade sail have reinforced webbing around the perimeter and marine stainless steel D or Delta rings at each corner.When properly tensioned,shade sail fabric will not wrinkle sag , or flag in the wind.
