Q1. What is your terms of packing ?
A: Generally, the TB brake pad are packaged in neutral boxes and cartons. We also supply the customized box and trade mark, but we may charge the extra cost for the customized.
Q2. Which kind payment will you accept?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. For the large orders, we will accept L/C payment item.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Usually it will take 20 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, when we received your samples we will test your sample and open mold. We are skilled in handling OEM/ODM.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We would like to provide you samples for getting approval, 1 or 2 samples will be no charge, but the customers should bear the courier cost. It will be returned to customer when the formal order placed.
