Burning fuel (oil or gas) through the burner produces high-temperature gas. And with the help of the hot blast stove with enhanced heat exchange device, the heat of the high-temperature gas is transferred to the heated air. After the heat is radiated, the temperature drops (generally around 250°C, depending on the process) and then discharged into the atmosphere. The air to be heated is forced into the hot blast stove through the optional blower. After the heat is absorbed, the temperature rises to the rated value and is sent out from the hot blast outlet. When the hot blast temperature reaches the upper limit of the rated temperature, the burner will automatically stop burning or automatically reduce the flame combustion When the temperature of the hot air is reduced to the lower limit of the rated temperature, the burner will be re-ignited or turned to increase the flame combustion. The heating speed can be adjusted by adjusting the opening of the air inlet valve. If the fuel is coal or other combustible waste, the gas temperature needs to be controlled by controlling the fuel addition speed and the blower. Indirect heating type hot blast stoves can be divided into gas type indirect hot blast stoves (RLQ series), fuel oil type indirect hot blast stoves (RLY series) and coal-fired indirect hot blast stoves (RLM series) according to different fuels. Indirect heating type hot blast stove, after one heat exchange, its thermal efficiency is lower than direct combustion type, but compared with other heating methods after two heat exchanges, the thermal efficiency is higher. And because it does not have other heating media (such as steam or thermal oil, etc.), the structure is relatively simple, both in terms of operating cost and service life, it must be relatively better.

Gas type indirect hot blast stove (RLQ series)

Gas-fired indirect heating hot blast stoves are generally used in processes that require particularly high product color and purity. Because of its relatively complicated structure, its price is much higher than that of the direct ignition type.

Fuel oil type indirect hot blast stove (RLY series)

Oil-fired indirect heating hot blast stoves are generally used in factories without natural gas supply, or as temporary alternative fuels for small and pilot tests, or for the processing of certain high value-added products. With rising oil prices, there are fewer factories using fuel oil as fuel for large production.

Coal-fired direct-fired hot blast stove (RLM series)

Coal-fired furnaces are generally indirectly heated. Due to its fuel economy, it is relatively widely used.

Especially for some flammable waste factories, this type of furnace can greatly reduce production costs. But if the fuel is other combustible waste, please provide the relevant physical characteristics, so that our company can design a reasonable structure according to the characteristics of the fuel.

The product is added to the material cart with hot air distribution plate at the bottom, and the air enters the material cart from the lower part through the cooked air distribution plate, so that the material is in a boiling state. This device is a fluidized bed, also called a fluidized bed. There are many types of fluidized bed, such as vertical fluidized bed and horizontal fluidized bed divided according to the shape of the host, and vibrating fluidized bed with added vibration function.

There are many kinds of vertical fluidized bed. According to different functions and spraying methods, they can be roughly divided into fluidized dryer (FG series); top sprayed fluidized granulator (FL series); side sprayed fluidized pelletizer (LDP series) ; And bottom spray boiling coating machine (DLB series). If the system has more than one spraying method at the same time, it is a multi-functional boiling bed (FLP series).

Centrifugal spray products are generally fine powders with a water content of 2-5%. If further processing is required for products of specific shapes and sizes, vertical fluidized bed is widely used.
