1. Low dosage and high water reduction rate. The dosage is usually 0.5% to 1.2% of the amount of cementing material, and the water reduction rate can reach more than 25%. The recommended dosage is 1.0% when configuring C50 commercial concrete.
2. It has good compatibility with cement, admixtures and other admixtures, the slump of concrete is basically not lost in 2 to 3 hours, and is almost not affected by temperature changes.
3. The concrete has good cohesion, no segregation and no bleeding, which is convenient for pumping construction.
4. There is no bleeding line on the surface of the concrete, no large bubbles, small color difference, and the appearance quality of the concrete is good.
5. The application range is very wide, and it can be used to prepare concrete with different performance requirements, especially suitable for C20~C100 high-performance concrete.
6. Can effectively control the early hydration of cement in concrete, suitable for the preparation of large volume concrete, especially suitable for the preparation of large amounts of fly ash and slag concrete. Under normal temperature conditions, the setting time of concrete is related to the molecular structure of water reducer and the mineral properties of cement. The range of influence on initial setting and final setting is -30~+60 minutes.
7. It has a certain shrinkage effect. The 28-day shrinkage rate is more than 20% lower than that of naphthalene-based superplasticizers. Compared with blank standard concrete, the shrinkage rate of concrete is less than 100%.
8. Compared with blank concrete, the 3-day compressive strength is increased by 50% to 100%, the 28-day compressive strength is increased by 40% to 80%, and the 90-day compressive strength is increased by 30% to 50%.
9. It has a micro-air-entraining effect. The air content of concrete mixed with this water-reducing agent is generally in the range of 2.0% to 3.0%. Its freeze-thaw resistance and carbonation resistance are significantly improved compared with ordinary concrete. It is suitable for preparing high durability and good appearance. Instructions
1. The dosage (by weight) is 0.5% to 1.2% of the amount of cementitious materials. When preparing high strength fluid concrete above C60, the dosage can be increased to more than 1.2%.
2. This product should not be mixed with naphthalene-based water-reducing agent. When used with other additives (such as retarder, rust inhibitor, etc.), the concrete compatibility test should be conducted in advance.
3. Maintenance: the concrete should be covered and moisturized immediately after final setting. During winter construction, surface protection measures should be taken to prevent freezing damage to the concrete surface.
Packaging and storage
This product is packed in plastic drums or in bulk by tank trucks and is valid for one year. If it expires, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
