Stainless steel pipe is a hollow long round steel, which is widely used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, mechanical instrumentation and other industrial pipelines and mechanical structural parts. In addition, when the bending and torsion strength are the same, the weight is lighter, so it is also widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts and engineering structures. Also often used as furniture and kitchen utensils.
Connection methods: There are various connection methods for stainless steel pipes. Common types of pipe fittings include compression type, compression type, articulated type, push type, push thread type, socket welding type, articulated flange connection, welding type and welding and A derived series of connection methods combined with traditional connections. These connection methods have different applicable scopes according to their different principles, but most of them are easy to install, firm and reliable. Most of the sealing ring or gasket materials used in the connection are silicone rubber, nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber that meet the requirements of national standards, so as to avoid users' worries.
Compression connection steps
1. Broken pipe: Cut the pipe according to the required length. When breaking the pipe, do not use excessive force to prevent the pipe from being out of round.
2. Removal of burrs: After the pipe is cut, the burrs should be removed to avoid cutting the sealing ring.
3. Scribe mark: In order to make the steel pipe fully inserted into the pipe fitting socket, the insertion length must be marked and drawn on the pipe end.
4. Assembly: The sealing ring should be correctly installed in the U-shaped groove of the pipe fitting, insert the pipe into the pipe fitting socket, and wait for crimping.
5. Crimping: When crimping, the convex part of the pipe is placed in the concave groove of the mold, and the jaws are kept perpendicular to the pipe axis.
6. Inspection: After the crimping is completed, use a special gauge to check the crimping size.
