Egg jujube

The fruit is very large and nearly round, with an average fruit weight of 30 grams and a maximum of 50 grams. The fruit is uniform in size, with thick skin and deep red. The soluble solid content of fresh jujube is 31%-35%, and the edible rate is 97%. The pulp is fine, crispy and juicy, sweet and delicious. It begins to mature in mid-to-late September. It is not easy to crack the fruit in the case of rain during the mature period, and it is resistant to lush storage. It is an excellent variety for fresh food, drying and candied fruit. It can be cultivated on dry terraces and irrigated land.
