Hard PVC anticorrosive lining has the ability to protect metal or other substrates from various media corrosion, and resist the corrosion of acids, alkalis, inorganic salts and a variety of organic substances. And has good elasticity, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and adhesion properties of metal and other substrates.
Hard PVC anticorrosive lining has strong corrosion resistance; high tensile strength; reliable electrical insulation performance; fire-resistant and flame-retardant, self-sustaining; easy to process, weld, and shape. Bright color, non-toxic and tasteless, soft texture, tensile and tear resistance, low expansion rate, compression and wear resistance. Excellent flame retardant performance, strong plasticity, reliable welding performance and easy construction. It can replace FRP, rubber, some stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials. Anti-flaming, anti-ultraviolet (aging), anti-static and other advantages
Hard PVC anticorrosive lining is an anticorrosion method that comprehensively utilizes the characteristics of different materials and has a long service life. The purchase of PVC board can choose different lining materials according to different media conditions and equipment and pipeline requirements.
There are generally three construction methods for the lining of PVC board manufacturers: loose sleeve lining, bolted lining, and pasted lining.
1. The loose sleeve lining is made of steel shell as the main body and lined with hard polyvinyl chloride sheet. This kind of structure is often used in equipment with smaller dimensions. The lining and steel shell are not fixed, so the steel shell does not limit the expansion and contraction of hard PVC.
2. When the size of the equipment is large, in order to prevent the lining layer from falling off the steel shell, bolts can be used to fix the lining.
3. Adhesive (generally called glue) is used to paste the lining to paste hard polyvinyl chloride sheet (2-3mm) on the object in the steel shell. It is applicable except for coatings with fast drying and poor leveling properties. For various coatings. The brushing method can make the paint penetrate the pores of the metal surface and strengthen the adhesion of the coating film to the metal. The disadvantages are high labor intensity, low work efficiency, and poor coating appearance.
