Curry puff

 Samosa (English: Samosa), also known as "Curry Bu", is a common snack in Southeast Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. It is a food made of thin noodle rolls with fillings in a triangular shape, and then deep-fried. The meat containing minced beef is called curry beef fillet.
